The hotel is located right in the city center, making it convenient to access various attractions in Puebla. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable, although the ventilation could be improved. The service from the waiters and cleaning staff was excellent, including room service and housekeeping. The dining experience was satisfactory with included meals. However, the facilities could be more modern, and the Wi-Fi quality was average.
